I am always on the prowl to find new ways to make money online, especially from blogging. A company called BlogChex allows you to get paid for blogging by having a blog on their system. There are three easy steps to getting started. These include first migrating your existing blog or starting a new one at BlogChex. Next of course make posts to your blog. For the blog that I created Health and Wellness Ideas I chose my interest in health, nutrition and natural alternatives to traditional medicine. You can also make money by referring friends and making 5% of what those friend’s blog sites make. Then of course just promote your blog and get paid by BlogChex.
The company rather than offering a referral link asks that you use their tell-a-friend function to invite your friends to join. If you are interested in exploring this route of blogging for income please make a comment here leaving your name and email at this blog so that I may send you an invite. Thanks in advance.

This is the first in blog posts about various blogging platforms that are available. I have decided to start with some of the less known blogging platforms before writing about some of the more well known.
The first one that I am going to post about is Squarespace. It is located at http://www.squarespace.com.
At the time of visiting this Squarespace.com one can try Squarespace for free. They claim that their software helps an individual to build stylish, easy to manage websites complete with state-of-the-art blogging tools.
The designers of Squarespace claim that no technical skill is required to use their software. However, according to one review that I have read Squarespace’s complicated menus are geared to experienced users.
It’s highly configurable in both presentation and design, with options to create your own templates and to insert third-party widgets such as a Google search box. However, at the same time without trying this software myself I have read reviews that claim that this software is definitely not for the point-and-click crowd. Rather, in order to create a presentable blog involves navigating through a confusing array of menus according to the particular review.
Squarespace isn’t just for bloggers — it’s an intuitive system for building many kinds of websites. You can reduce clutter and present your information more effectively by allowing your blog to become a part of your bigger web presence. By using Squarespace to build your website, you have room to grow as a publisher.
Similar to WordPress, Squarespace can run on a Squarespace URL, your own Web site, or a subdomain of an existing Web site. Bloggers who are willing to spend the time to master the design interface could build a beautiful and feature-packed site that can do things like let users upload files and collaborate in a forum.
The purpose of this post was not so much to review the software since I have personally not taken the time to try it. Rather the purpose was to make you aware that the software exists and for you to visit the software site http://www.squarespace.com and make your own decision as whether or not Squarespace is for you.
