Is Twitter a mini blogging platform? Well yes and no in my opinion. It is in that it allows you to make short posts that can be followed by RSS. But beyond that it lacks the functionality of blog platforms and since it only allows you to enter a little more than a sentence at most it truly isn’t a blog. What is it then. Here is what MySpace blogger Matt Bacak had to say about Twitter.
